“Equal Opportunities and Inclusion on the Career Path” will launch already in August 2025 and will last for 10 weeks.
👉 Who is the project aimed at?
The goal of the project is to support people with disabilities and older adults (55+) in entering the labor market. The project focuses on raising awareness about the rights and opportunities of people with disabilities and older adults, as well as changing societal attitudes.
👉 What does the project include?
Participants will create their own career journey and take steps toward their goals. Career specialists and psychologists will support the participants throughout the project. Individual meetings offer comprehensive support, while group sessions provide a great opportunity to learn together, foster a sense of security, and remind participants that they are not alone in their struggles. Through training and individual counseling, people with disabilities and older adults will become more aware of their rights and be motivated to enter the labor market.

The project focuses on achieving the outcomes mentioned in § 3 of the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Communications regulation “Supporting Employment Competitiveness,” which aims to enhance the employability, job acquisition, and job retention of individuals not currently working or studying. The project is co-financed by the European Union.
